About the role

The sales department is responsible for building strong partnerships with dealers in the automotive industry. We understand our clients' needs and deliver BYD products and services. We negotiate contracts, provide technical expertise, and ensure exceptional customer service. Through market analysis and research, the sales department stays ahead of industry trends to offer innovative solutions. Our goal is to foster lasting relationships based on trust, deliver quality products on time, and contribute to the success of our clients.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for daily communication and coordination between the headquarters in China and Swedish local dealers.
  • Process vehicle orders and follow up on delivery issues to ensure accurate completion.
  • Follow up on sales projects and coordinate cross-departmental execution.
  • Support sales operations and ensure all customer requirements are met with high satisfaction.
  • Handle daily administrative work related to quotations, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry or with experience in visiting retail stores.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with HQ, retail partners, and the sales team.
  • Analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Previous experience in conducting product demonstrations and sales support at the store level.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Sweden to visit retail stores and support the sales team.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
